Local Leaders of Education (LLE) can be made available for up to two hours free consultancy to discuss with colleague headteachers potential areas of school development.
At a more formal level the Teaching School acts as a broker for individual schools looking for consultancy input or bespoke support/audit/challenge packages from established headteachers, senior and middle leaders from other schools. The Teaching School can also access expertise from beyond the local area.
The Teaching School can access grants to help support schools in difficulty.

We wish to encourage as many colleagues as possible to seek NLE, LLE and SLE designation in order to contribute to the overall ‘capacity’ of the School led System of self – improving schools.
